Prof. Dr. Boris P. Paal, M.Jur. (Oxford) holds the Chair for Law and Regulation of the Digital Transformation at the Technical University of Munich and serves as Of Counsel at the law firm Baumgartner Baumann, advisor to several institutions, companies, and associations.
Professor Paal researches and teaches, consults, and publishes in the entire field of civil and commercial law with a focus on data (protection) law, information law, media law, and competition law; he regularly undertakes research stays and guest lectureships abroad.
